Get ready to measure
Gather a piece of paper, a ruler and a pen. Next, place the paper against a wall, and press the heel of your foot against the wall on top of the paper.
Measure length and width
Draw a line from your heel to your toe as you touch the side of your foot while you trace the line. Next, draw a line from your toe to the widest part of the inner side of your foot. Finally measure the widest part of your traced foot
as well as your length from heel to the largest toe. Measure in centimeters.
Tip: As you trace, keep your pen/pencil as close as possible to your foot for accurate measurement.
