Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from date of items delivered and item must be unworn with no used marks including dirt or scuffs on any part of the shoes (outsole and included). Items must be kept and returned in the original shoe box.

One free shipping label and return label per order for returns or exchanges.

Exclusions

1. Sale items (not listed as final sale) are excluded from returns and can be exchanged free of charge up to 1 time with a prepaid label.
2. Sale items (not listed as final sale) are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
3. Items labeled as final sale on product page are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
4. Free shipping applies to product orders above $100 purchase before tax.
5. Items bought at full price with only a welcome 10% discount do not count as sale items and can be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund as long as item is not damaged and has not been worn.
6. Free returns and exchanges are only supported in the United States.
7. If your refund is approved once your returned shoes are inspected and approved, we will automatically credit your payment method.
8. The total refunded amount is subject to the condition of the shoes and any other applicable deduction such as the shipping costs.
9. Shoes that have been worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation on an order are only accepted before product has shipped.  Please email customerservice@starwides.com if you’d like to adjust or cancel your order.

Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse will not be canceled and will follow the standard return policy above. Orders that are successfully cancelled will received a full refund to original payment method.
