We are a small family owned and run business, and your satisfaction is at the core of everything we do, which is why we have a dedicated team inspecting all items before they’re packaged for shipment. A thorough inspection is implemented with every pair and is a standard operation procedure that documents the condition of every pair before it leaves our warehouse.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy from date of items delivered (running/consecutive days) and items must be unworn with no used marks including dirt or scuffs on any part of the shoes (outsole included). Items must be kept and returned in the original shoe box. To start a return please visit our self-service portal located on our website or contact us at customerservice@starwides.com.
Exclusions:
1) Sale items (not listed as final sale) are excluded from returns and can only be exchanged free of charge up to 1 time with a prepaid label.
2) Sale items (not listed as final sale) where an exchange is not wanted can be eligible for a store credit. Store credit is valid for up to 12 months from date received.
3) Items labeled as final sale on product page are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
4) Returned items will incur a $10 restocking fee.
5) Items bought at full price with only a welcome 10% discount do not count as sale items and can be returned within 14 days of delivery date as long as item is not damaged and has not been worn. We recommend you try them on a carpet to avoid any marks on the outsole of the shoes. If we receive shoes in worn condition, they will be returned to you and we will not be able to process a refund.
6) Returns and exchanges are only supported in the United States. International sale shipments are considered final sale.
7) If your refund is approved once your returned shoes are inspected and approved, we will credit your payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days to process returns once received.
8) The total refunded amount is subject to the condition of the shoes and any other applicable deduction such as the shipping and restocking fees.
9) Shoes that have been worn, washed, or altered will not qualify to be returned and will be shipped back to original address provided.
*Final sale items can't be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on an order are only accepted before product has shipped. Please email customerservice@starwides.com if you’d like to adjust or cancel your order. Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse will not be canceled and will follow the standard return policy above. Orders that are successfully cancelled will received a full refund to original payment method.
