Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from date of items delivered and item must be unworn with no used marks including dirt or scuffs on any part of the shoes (outsole and included). Items must be kept and returned in the original shoe box.

One free shipping label and return label per order for returns or exchanges.

Exclusions

1. Items labeled as final sale on product page are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
2. Free shipping applies to product orders above $100 purchase before tax.
3. Free returns and exchanges are only supported in the United States.
4. If your refund is approved once your returned shoes are inspected and approved, we will automatically credit your payment method.
5. The total refunded amount is subject to the condition of the shoes and any other applicable deduction such as a a $5 restocking fee.
6. Shoes that have been worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation on an order are only accepted before product has shipped.  Please email customerservice@starwides.com if you’d like to adjust or cancel your order.

Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse will not be canceled and will follow the standard return policy above. Orders that are successfully cancelled will received a full refund to original payment method.
